I am currently a Computing student, and am realising I need more geeks in my life to make me happy! I'm passionate about books - fantasy and sci-fi especially (but by no means exclusively). Currently I'm in the midst of writing a novel, and am also trying to write some short stories to sell.
There're far too many authors and books to list, but it'd have to include Clive Barker, Cory Doctorow, Douglas Coupland, Stephen King, Willy Vlautin and Dan Abnett. As for specific books... Dune, His Dark Materials, Galilee, Dracula and so much else!
I'm quiet and quite shy, but always up for a good laugh over a coffee or beer.
Horror movies - good and bad - are a love of mine. There's just something about a lensful of fake blood...
I am currently sinking further into various nerdy endeavours including Warhammer, anime and video games.
Oh, and I'm vegan. Currently trying to make myself cook more and make some interesting meals!
