The Nerdette I'm a 23 year old in my final year of college for a Bachelor's in English. I'm quiet and shy, can be very sweet, but I like to think that I have a funny side, and I know that I'm rather sarcastic.
I'm an aspiring writer and enjoy the strange and odd and dark (like American Mcgee's Alice). I love to read fantasy and fiction such as the Cat series by Joan D. Vinge, the Elric Saga, Artemis Fowl, and Harry Potter. I enjoy doing off the wall things and enjoy wearing large top hats and ties. I'm a cozy person that usually prefers nights at home compared to going out, but if I do go out, it's usually to a movie or likewise as I'm not into the whole drinking and party scene.
I'm interested in a guy who enjoys video games and anime (or can at least accept that I do.) I also look for funny and sweet. Easy-going and fairly intelligent and would enjoy just lying on the couch together reading our books, going to movies made from books and have fun criticizing their faults. Sommeone who likes to laugh and doesn't mind it when he or his girl get a little wierd and do odd random things.
