I know it's cheesy, but I spend so much time listening to audio books, reading books from everywhere, Korea, China, and every once in a while Japan. And there is just something about the creativity and different worlds and stories that I just love.
Even just journaling or those that write in their diaries, are able to sort through their feelings, emotions, and that not only leads to a healthy life and mind, but a plan and a goal to achieve.
I used to Edit stories as a side gig, but I haven't done that in years, although I'm tempted to start again with one of my coworkers who's an Author and writer.
