I am a sci-fi and fantasy fan who enjoys the occasional "horror" novel (Stephen King) and is on a heavy sci-fi kick right now.
I'm a big fan of Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth novels and David Weber's Honor Harrington novels.
Actually, it's pretty safe to say right now that most of the books I read that get published by Baen are some of the best works I've read in years, even if they're older stories like Keith Laumer's Bolo books which are a darn good read.
Also I used to be heavily into comic books. I haven't had the disposable income to indulge in that for awhile now but I loved Crossgen's Negation series while it lasted and was getting fairly heavily into a few others like Misplaced and one of the newer Voltron's before getting side-tracked.
