Reading opens life wide I enjoy reading so much. I read book of all kinds with the purpose of both learning and entertainment. Reading opens the world ...allowing you to go places you might not otherwise learn about, experiencing things you would not otherwise experience and learning things you might not have any other means of learning. It is enjoyable as a means of entertainment as well. I enjoy books of other times...especially the so called "pioneer days" during the time of settling our country. I enjoy books about other life styles reading fiction books about Amish life or those from other countries coming to American and making a new life. I have learned of customs and traditions of others. What they mean and why they follow them. Two of my favorit authors are Janet Oke and Lauraine Snelling.
