I'm actually looking for help for my special needs classroom. I need some book lovers to help read MS/High School novels and write simple chapter summaries that I may then add pictures so that my special needs student can read the same "novel" as their regular ed. peers. The summaries would include 1 page per chapter and need to be written on about a 3rd grade reading level. The first two books I would need are October Sky and Tears of a Tiger. I have seven awesome students with moderate/severe disabilities in my classroom. Your help would save me lots of time (and brainpower). I already have to modify science books, but with students in several different English classes - I don't think I could keep or, or my brain straight. Thanks!
