I don't know why I read.. .. but I can check Wikipedia!

I don't know why I'm a reader. I started early, getting deeply absorbed, and just kept doing it. Nobody told me to stop. I think I used to walk to elementary school reading a book. I used to read under the blankets with a flashlight. Now I'm a writer as well as a reader, and I like that side of it also. It's a good craft, like making a clay sculpture. It's satisfying. Words. Good things.
